Mission/Vision/Values

The Preble Girls Basketball Program will create and facilitate an inclusive learning environment where all student-athletes will obtain lessons on attitude, communication, accountability, community, and building tradition through the game of basketball.

 

Our outcome goal is to help student-athletes build self-confidence, self-awareness, and life skills while they journey through the classroom, the court, and the community.

 

We will understand that days have ups and downs and within handling those moments of adversity and joy we will control the controllables and stand by one another.

 

We will continue to learn more about ourselves, stay open to others, and learn forms of conflict resolution.

 

We will accept responsibility for our own actions. We will make and learn from our mistakes and forgive ourselves and others when we do.

 

We will have a feeling of fellowship with all other humans. We will continue to connect with the Green Bay community and beyond to share our values and to be a part of something that is greater than ourselves.  

 

We will stay authentic and intentional as we invest time, energy, and building blocks into our dynamic culture.
